Position Overview
Our Department Managers take the lead as the Landscape Supply expert in the branch, working closely with customers on any or all needs within the department to ensure excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Assist Branch Manager with the sales and operations planning process, statistical demand forecasting, and integration of supply and demand plans.
• Promote an incident-free environment by emphasizing safety daily through leading by example.
• Encourage a strong safety culture through workplace organization, training and executing policies.
• Understand and execute the principles of inventory management, target customer mix and sales.
• Create a positive environment for employees which encourages teamwork in alignment with SiteOne DNA.
• Train and develop agronomic staff to be knowledgeable of the Landscape Supply product line and customer needs to support achievement of departmental sales goals.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.
• Support other branch departments and customers as needed.

Skills We Are Seeking

• 1-3 years of experience in the green industry and an understanding of landscape supplies, preferred
• Excellent customer service and management skills
• Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals; including debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable and budgets.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent

Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour ($50,960/yr with overtime available)

Position Overview

This position is a year round full time position. Work week is Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM and is flexible to work earlier during the growing season. Overtime will be paid any hours over 40 hours in a week. Position assists the Turf Maintenance Supervisor with all turf related duties including golf course maintenance, sports field maintenance, park maintenance, right of way turf maintenance, and leading seasonal crews.

Lawn Maintenance Foreman - Weller Brothers

The primary responsibility of the lawn maintenance foreman is to maintain our clients' lawn health and maintenance through services including but not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilization. This position will perform various tasks concerning lawn health that improve the property's functional and/or aesthetic value. All Weller Brothers team members are expected to provide excellent client service by assisting clients promptly and courteously, answering questions, and providing information as needed. A maintenance foreman will perform and ensure all team members are executing all job responsibilities in a safe, timely, and efficiently.

Irrigation Specialist - Weller Brothers

The primary responsibility of the Irrigation Specialist is to maintain the irrigation systems of our clients through system installation, start-ups, schedules, checks, repair, and winterization. This position will perform a variety of tasks concerning irrigation systems that improve the functional and/or aesthetic value of the property. All Weller Brothers team members are expected to provide excellent client service by assisting clients promptly and courteously, answering questions, and providing information as needed. A fertilizer specialist will perform and ensure all team members are executing all job responsibilities in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
